however they say 3 to 5 days to ship but it takes at least 3/4 weeks and customer service is not excellent

Ho ricevuto il prodotto acquistato ancora prima della stima di consegna e senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Il vestito è identico all'immagine anche se le rifiniture lasciano a desiderare, il rapporto qualità prezzo non aggiunge nessun valore aggiunto ma tutto sommato con qualche accorgimento da fare personalmente non posso ritenermi delusa dell'acquisto.

The details on the dress are gorgeous! It's wonderful quality and I'm really glad I got it! The sizing was also spot on and I didn't have to do the customized sizing. The shipping and processing took a long time (4 weeks) but the dress itself is wonderful!
