Confezione
Ogni abito è fornito di una sacca portabiti, una confezione in cartone rigido e un metro a nastro.

R: Il tempo di processamento degli abiti per occasioni speciali e gli abiti da sposa è di circa 15-19 giorni feriali. Tuttavia, il confezionamento degli abiti più elaborati potrebbe richiedere più tempo. Il tempo di processamento per ciascun abito è indicato nella pagina del prodotto. Il tempo di spedizione è di 3-8 giorni feriali.
A: Anche gli abiti che non richiedono la personalizzazione sono realizzati su misura. Le nostre Politiche di restituzione per questi abiti sono più rigide dal momento che non è possibile riutilizzare i materiali impiegati per il confezionamento dell’abito.
R: Ciascun abito confezionato rispecchia alla perfezione l’immagine del prodotto e non sarà in alcun modo possibile scegliere un diverso stile/stoffa/lunghezza.
R: Il colore dell'abito visto dal vivo potrebbe differire leggermente dal colore visualizzato a causa delle impostazioni del monitor.

I absolutely love this dress! I wore it to prom. I ordered it in "LAVENDER" and the color was gorgeous. Im very pleased with the quality and the delivery was ultra quick. I am very happy with my purchase :)

WOW! ... After reading other reviews I was expecting it to be too big in some places, too small in others and far too long! I didn't get custom sizing so I was expecting it to be a little off but it is honestly just about perfect. I may need to get it taken in a little at the waist and I want to add a few things so that it goes better with my shoes and necklace (which it matched wonderfully) but apart from that it is exactly how I want it! The price was great, it took like 5 days to get here from when it was sent and lightinthebox.com kept me updated the whole way. (I ordered the dress in silver, size 14)
(excuse the pictures .. I got home from school and found it waiting for me and couldn't wait to put it on!)

Dark Navy, size 4
This was a wonderful purchase! I received my dress in the time estimated which was very exciting. Like most of the reviews say, this dress made very well and with quality material- it's a little heavier than I expected. I'm 5'9 and with four inch heels, but felt the need to take a a few inches off the bottom (picture taken before alterations). Other than that, the dress was perfect. Thank you Light in the Box!

Hey LTB!!! I was a bit nervous being my first time and all. I ordered this dress for my high school reunion. I had a panicked attacked at first because my dress couldn't zip up in the back!!! OMLORRRDDDD!!! Then I read that little welcome letter at the bottom of the package that said 'all dresses made with 1 inches on each side for easy moderation' WHAT A RELIEF!! Anyways, my reunion was in Jamaica so this dress was a bit too heavy for the weather. I got it altered so so that it zipped up perfectly and removed the extra layers under the dress - at the end of the day, this dress was a big hit!!! Thanks LTB! Referred all my friends!

I bought the Chiffon A-line Floor-Length dress in Regency (purple) from Light in the box. I really liked the dress. It is long and flowy, and it has a beautiful top part that accentuates the cleavage. ;) The only thing i didn't like as much were the sleeves and the satin belt. The sleeves because as a plus size woman they were a little too small for my arms. With the belt i plan to bedazzle it with rhinestones that match the sleeves so it is not as plain. Other than that it is perfect. My experience with Light in the Box has been very accommodating. My dress was suppose to come in 2 weeks but due to high demand for the dress it came in 3. Ltb was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns, they even will reimburse me 48 dollars for the delay. (Still waiting on that though -__-) I will definitely be buying from this site again in the future.

Would a straight size 10 dress be produced faster than a dress made to more specific measurements?
if we go by the size 10 measurements can the dress turn-around time be much quicker?

HELP!!! What does "estimated shipping date" mean?!
I made a purchase yesterday and when I track my order, it says that my estimated shipping date is May 16, 2012. Does this mean that May 16 is the day my package will be shipped OR does it mean that is the day my package will arrive?? Please answer as I have an event on May 19 and I will need my purchase before then.
