allora ragazzi io ho ricevuto la merce oggi.....l'ordine è stato eseguito il 17 di gennaio.....fantastico....in meno di quattro giorni.....!!!!il prodotto è a dir poco competitivo con altre marche molto più costose...l'effetto led si nota, ma non eccesivamente, ma fa la sua bella figura....non mi aspettavo tutto in così poco tempo!!!grazie mille............

il rubinetto che ho comperato è fantastico; ancora di piú che nella foto!!! ed è di qualità!!! Grazie!! invio rapidissimo!! molto soddisfatta!!!

Niente da dire sull'affidabilità del sito e sulla velocità della spedizione. Un appunto però va fatto sulla fotografia dell'oggetto che è sicuramente fuorviante in quanto in realtà il rubinetto è mastodontico, colossale, utilizzabile quindi solo per grandi lavabi. Per quanto concerne la qualità del materiale usato non mi esprimo per ora, vedrò poi in fase di utilizzo; Una parte della cromatura risulta parzialmente mancante, per fortuna nella parte inferiore del beccuccio a cascata; La piletta è assente nel pacco: mi avevano invece confermato che era compresa; Per completezza d'informazione aggiungo che per i paesi CEE è previsto un onere doganale di circa 30euro da pagare al corriere alla consegna.

We bought this product without realising it was to be imported from China and were somewhat surprised we were required to pay import tax of £35 (a 30% markup on the price of the product - payable to the courier on delivvery). Had we realised this, we wouldn't have bought it (hidden away in the small print is a statement that says you may be liable to import tax at an unspecified amount).

The tap itself is quite funky but very large! It requires quite a lot of space behind it to be installed and used properly (it swivels - something we also hadn't realised). So if your basin is close to a wall, don't buy it. If your basin is not large, the tap will look overpowering (we have a large basin and it's still overpowering). If you have a large bathroom and large basin, and are prepared to pay the 30% surcharge, buy it!

Delivery was prompt and the product itself as advertised.

We haven't installed this faucet yet, but our contractor is very excited about it and says that it is very good quality as well. We are eager to see it in action, as it is a special touch that makes the new bathroom different and special.
