El grifo muy bonito y queda muy bien, el único inconveniente es que el caudal de agua no sale fuerte aunque lo abras del todo.

Our new faucet arrived a week early and before the delivery date that we were given. We were pleasantly surprised when we unpacked it. It's something that you never see at an expensive bath store in Toronto let alone a Big Box store. We can't wait to see what it looks like when our new vanity in the powder room is installed.

Fast delivery, considering it comes from China. Product came just as described. Looks great. I will post pics once I install it. Again every package has an extra cost from DHL the courier company. Other than that. Great company. I have orders so far 2 light fixtures, 2 faucets, 1 complete shower faucet set. All arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

I love the faucet, but installation is not easy. You must install it right at the countertop, and put all the mounting hardware through the hoses in the order that they need to be in or you'll be unscrewing the hoses multiple times, as I did. To install I unscrewed the bottom plate, then put silicone sealer on the treads and washers.I fed them through the tightening nut, then the washer, fed them through the bottom of the countertop. Then I fed the hoses one at a time through the brass screw on fitting,then through the black washer, then screwed the hose into the faucet fitting by hand as tight as I could get. Then finished with regular pliers squeezing on the end. Turning slowly. Careful not to grip onto the braid. Once the first hose was installed, then I screwed the second hose in by hand, but grabbing it with the pliers was a bit harder but not impossible. I screwed the bottom plate back on and mounted the faucet into the granite countertop making sure the washer lines up. If you installed it without the hoses fed through the locking nut under the counter and slid through the brass mounting tube, you'll need to unscrew one hose from the faucet and start over as both hoses will not fit through the tightening nut.The hot and cold are not marked, so you might have to swap the connections if you screwed them on the wrong water valves. Don't forget to buy the additional valve adaptors as this faucet uses foreign connectors. Customer service was horrible as they don't have an 800 number and you're emailing someone from another country.By the way, no one locally knew how to install a one hole faucet, so I can't blame customer service all that much. I would buy again from this site as the quality of the faucet was good and the price was half of any faucet I could have bought locally. Just think about the order the parts have to go in the installation process and it will save you some time. I also bought the pop up drain from here and it works great. Use plumbers putty and teflon tape, and new drain pipes. This faucet is definitely for people who do not have young kids as I would consider it fragile. Think of it as a fine delicate instrument.
