I read all six reviews... do you ONLY reply to reviews in Portuguese??
Out of the six reviews, 5 were Portuguese, 1 was English. ALL 5 Portuguese reviews had replies by LITB... in fact, one was even THANKED when she was complaining that her necklace had not arrived and she wished she could be wearing it!!! ...but the lone English review.. a favorable one, was the only review that had NO REPLY, and was NOT THANKED as were four of the 5 Portuguese reviews (the 5th was given a lengthy "how to" to track her order, and if she had further problems, how to contact you directly!!!) I AM A HAPPY CLIENT OF LITB... but if this site is biased against Americans, I WILL take my business where it IS appreciated.
