Shipping: This item shows free shipping in the description. Some reviews say they were surprised to get hit with shipping charges. One area reads free shipping and another area reads 50% off for shipping, if ordered within 11 days. It is not clear. I would buy the wig- I just don't like surprises. If I have to pay for shipping --let me know. You need to make it clear.

Yes, this wig only comes by itself. It arrives ready-for-use. If you need any extra accessories like the wig holder, you need to buy it separately. Thank you for shopping with us:)

it says colour dark brown, is it auburn which has reds through it, I hope it has!

love the wig, but i have to be sure of the colour or colours available.

I done the survey and pressed for the i pad, but i do not think it went through.
