Lo stesso cellulare con le stesse funzioni e sempre made in china, l'ho pagato 29 € su un sito online italiano! quindi non vale la pena!!!

ma cosa si intende per spese di dogana?? la classica spesa sorpresa ??
perchè no specificate se tv analogica oppure digitale visto che oramai il segnale tv e del tutto digitale??
nella descrizione di un articolo dovete inserire tutto affinchè non vi siano sorprese cinesi all'interno del pacco.

ho contattato il servizio clienti nn appena mi avete mandato l'indirizzo ma sono ancora in attesa di risposte....non vorrei pernsare che si stanno prendendo tempo per nn sostituire/riparare il cell.

ho acquistato questo cell.convinta di fare un buon affare..tutt'altro!!! a parte il tempo che il mio pacco ha impiegato ad arrivare, 3 mesi, ho dovuto pagare 58.50 EURO DI SPESE DOGANALI, il cellulare appena arrivato ha cominciato da subito a dare problemi, la scheda di memoria fa contatto e quindi nn riesco ad utilizzarla, dopo tre giorni l'antenna della televisione,che tra l'altro ovviamente non funziona, è entrata nella scocca del cellulare, non facendo funzionare il tasto del blocco tastiera ed oggi novità...è saltato il tasto della lettera M.
ora mi chiedo che ci faccio con questo arnese infernale? se lo spedisco indietro c'è il rischio che devo pagare nuovamente le spese doganali...avete una soluzione al problema????? in attesa di vs risposte ringrazio!

Ho ricevuto da pochi giorni il cellulare, l'impressione è stata buona sia come funzioni che come audio, l'unica pecca è la tastiera poco leggibile quando si illumina (ci sono zone poco illuminate) l'autonomia è ottima.

per il telefono rotto non date notizia
per avere notizie sul telefono tornato indietro perchè mi volevate far pagare le spese di dogana (non dovute!!!!) non mi date risposta.
E' una vergogna.

miavete presoper cretino???? Io nonfaccio altro che controllare nessuna risposta.
Sto scrivendo da 2 settimane cosa fare di un telefono che nonfunzione ed è in garanzia: nessuna risposta.
Inoltre sto chiedendo cosa devo fare per il telefono che HO PAGATO ed è tornato indietro perchè non ho voluto pagare le spese di dogana (meno male perchè non erano dovute) ordine 1106030701595131
Sempre per lo stesso ordine 1106030701595131 voglio sapere perchè dovevo pagare le spese di dogana se il pacco non era stato controllato
Quando la finite di prendere in giro ci facciamo una risata a testa. Se entro 24 ore non avrò la risposta dovrò girare tutte le mail alla polizia postale.

comunque come volevasi dimostrare il servizio clienti ancora nonmi risponde. Le altre volte rispost ein 20-24 ore. Adesso sono scomparsi. La cosa mi puzza.
Invito tutti a non pagarele spese di dogana prima di controllare se il pacco è stato sottoposto a controllo doganale. Devo scrivere agli organi di stampa e stasera contatterò Striscia la Notizia.
