Q: How long can I receive my item?
A: Total Time is based on the tailoring/processing time + shipping time, you will find them in product pages, it is between 5- 28 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the shoes if I change my mind?
A: After placing your order, there is still some time to change your mind. However, it is important to note that some of our dance shoes are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.
Q: Can I order this shoe in a different width/heel height?
A: Dance shoes labeled as “Customized” can be made in the heel height, width, size or color of your choice. You’ll find an explanation and a drop-down selection box for each available customized feature on the shoe’s product page. Please note this option is available for dance shoes in the customized category only.

IF you have a big day ahead and you do not know what to buy, " buy this shoes" there are simple, light and hot. Like i stated for the red bag i bought together, they are quiet a match and has got a sense of class to them. The order came on time, sooner than expected. And they make my feet itch with excitement each time i look at them. The only minus is i got a size bigger and one foot keeps slipping off but that is my mistake. This shoes would make a statement from Africa to UK because i would make show to raise them high for the wedding photo shots.

I LOVE my red shoes! They arrived and fit perfectly! These are my wedding shoes! I plan on adding rhinestones to the heel to add a bit of bling! overall comfy, but I will be putting in gels to be able to survive for the day!

D: Measuring I measured my girth which was 4 inches and the length is 9 inches. I do not see the equivalent on our measuring chart A which was the only measuring chart I saw. My foot size is usually 8.5 wide. Usually I am 8-1/2. I want to make sure before I actually order the shoe that I have the right size. daJaniceKendricks 18 / 08 / 2012

Also, shipping rates differ from country to country. It depends on the weight of the package, the distance to the shipping address, and the shipping method chosen.

You can calculate the cost by following these steps:

3. Use the Ship to: drop-down menu to choose your country of delivery for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
