This shawl arrived promptly and although it looks and feels beautiful, I ordered a white shawl and received cream. When I asked if this is the best white available or did they ship the wrong color, the response was focussing on color variations from computer settings and screens etc. So I am still not sure if this was a shipping error or they do not stock true white. White is white, it is either available or not. If you need white in this product best to choose a different one or risk getting the wrong color. I also found this a bit short for my daughter - ladies size 10. Otherwise a very elegant product.

A nice shawl. Colour was more on the white shade than champagne. It's small in length and I will need to add a ribbon to actually secure the shawl around my shoulders, but considering the price I'm pleased with the product.

Hi, I would like to know 4 things. 1) I see that you stated that the color shown on the model is light gray, but it looks white to me (maybe due to lighting). Is there another color from your regular color chart that is close to the actual color of the light gray for this item that I can look at? 2) Is the faux fur material of this wrap as smooth as it looks in the pictures shown here (is this wrap's material a little different than most of the other faux furs on the website that have longer hairs)? 3) Does it have a metal clasp in the middle with rhinestones? Can you show close up pictures of the clasp open and close? 4) Can you please let me know the wash and care instructions for this wrap? Thank you very much.
