A: Total Time is based on the tailoring/processing time + shipping time, you will find them in product pages, it is between 5- 28 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the shoes if I change my mind?
A: After placing your order, there is still some time to change your mind. However, it is important to note that some of our dance shoes are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.
Q: Can I order this shoe in a different width/heel height?
A: Dance shoes labeled as “Customized” can be made in the heel height, width, size or color of your choice. You’ll find an explanation and a drop-down selection box for each available customized feature on the shoe’s product page. Please note this option is available for dance shoes in the customized category only.

I ordered these for my wedding in August. These shoes look just like the pictures that they advertise. This is a great looking shoe. However, I have wide feet so they are a little snug on my feet. I am a 7.5 (US size) and I ordered a 38. They fit but they are a little snug at the widest part of my foot. I know if I get the size 39 they would just be longer and I dont want the shoe flopping when I walk. I am going to keep them and wear them because I know they will stretch, eventually.

Ordered these shoes not really expecting a lot, but was extremely surprised by the delivered product. Extremely happy, exactly as shown in the picture and a perfect fit. On the down side if you order from the U.K then allow at least a good four to five weeks delivery and look out for the U.K customs TAX/VAT charges that will be charged upon delivery. Was not aware of the charges until I looked into it after recieving a phone call from the delivery company. If you really like these shoes then its worth the extra charges ( £18.30 to be delivered from China to the U.K ). Happy customer in the end and can not wait for my wedding day as these really will complete my outfit. Thank you light in the box
