R: Il tempo di processamento degli abiti per occasioni speciali e gli abiti da sposa è di circa 15-19 giorni feriali. Tuttavia, il confezionamento degli abiti più elaborati potrebbe richiedere più tempo. Il tempo di processamento per ciascun abito è indicato nella pagina del prodotto. Il tempo di spedizione è di 3-8 giorni feriali.
D: Posso restituire un abito se nel frattempo ho cambiato idea?
A: Anche gli abiti che non richiedono la personalizzazione sono realizzati su misura. Le nostre Politiche di restituzione per questi abiti sono più rigide dal momento che non è possibile riutilizzare i materiali impiegati per il confezionamento dell’abito.
D: Posso ordinare l’abito scegliendo uno diverso stile/stoffa/lunghezza?
R: Ciascun abito confezionato rispecchia alla perfezione l’immagine del prodotto e non sarà in alcun modo possibile scegliere un diverso stile/stoffa/lunghezza.
D: Il colore del mio abito corrisponde esattamente al colore che vedo sul sito?
R: Il colore dell'abito visto dal vivo potrebbe differire leggermente dal colore visualizzato a causa delle impostazioni del monitor.

My Client wasnt sure that order from light in the box. She was surprised by the high quality of the dress, Same color, same size, and wvwn looks better on real woman curves.

I had chosen the grape color since i liked the color shown in the picture, but the dress i recieved was absolutely purpele not at all redish as the pictures shows.. funny though, i actually like this color better! its much more elegant..
the dress is absolutely magnificiant..it fits perfectly.. and the quality and finish are much better than what i was expecting..
it sure looks more than it costs! and i'm so glad i ordered it!

I was looking for something nice for my brother's wedding in London and after an exhausting searches I found your web page. I thought that they were just unreal picture. Because they were so perfect I thought that is worth the risk and I ordered 5 dresses for me and for girls. Are absolutely astonishing and the quality is impeccable. Ist die dargestellte Farbe des Trompeten/Meerjungfraukleides wirklich traube?

Traube ist doch eine Farbe, die eher wie violett also lila aussieht. Auf dem Bild sieht das Kleid eher aus wie dunkelrot/weinrot. Ich hab Interesse dieses Kleid in der dargestellten Farbe zu bestellen, will aber sichergehen, ob die dargestellte Farbe auch wirklich traube ist oder nicht eher rot. Das Kleid ist für einen besonderen Abend gedacht, an dem man auch sehr viel tanzen wird. Meine zweite Frage lautet also, ob es mir beim Tanzen schwer fallen würde, weil das Kleid eine Schleppe hat. Ist die Schleppe zu lang oder wie lang ist es?

1. Die dargestellte Farbe ist Traube. Da können Sie sicher sein.
2. Die Schleppe ist bodenlang. Da es auf der Seite mit einer Öffnung verarbeitet wird, sollte es beim Tanzen nicht schwer fallen. Ansonsten können Sie das Kleid maßschneidern lassen, damit die Schleppe weder zu lang noch zu kurz auskommt.

Is there anyway of holding the dress at this price?

I want to wear this dress to my yr 12 formal at the end of this year, around November.
However it is probable that my size would change by then and I definitely want this dress, so is there anyway of somehow holding the dress at this price as it is unaffordable for me at its original price.
