Qualcuno che la presa afferma di aver pagato una 50 di euro per la dogana. E' un furto. Stranamente non viene messo in evidenza dai cinesi! Non lo presa.: da castax 03 / 04 / 2013

telecamera ottima. Ho altre telecamere simili ma non water proof.
I programmi di gestione funzionanano (app ipcamview pro sia per android che iphone)
Prezzo contenuto, se non per i 48 euro di dogana imprevisti.
Sul sito scrivete che i prodotti vengono spediti da Europa e quindi niente dogana.
Specificate bene quali prodotti in modo che si sappia subito il prezzo totale

Che dire!!! ottimo prodotto e spedizione rapidissima nei tempi comunicati. Inoltre con la dogana è andata bene, non mi hanno fatto pagare il dazio che credevo quindi su 3 telecamere risparmiati 90€ in più. Per un prodotto del genere in Italia si spende + del doppio. Il packaging era perfetto.
Per il resto, installazione facilissima. Prodotto consigliatissimo.

Purtroppo è arrivata la fattura di UPS per la dogana. Su 500€ di ordine ho pagato 138€ di dazio, ma la spesa è comunque inferiore all'acquisto in Italia.

D: I am interested in this camera, but........ After reading some of the customer concerns and the responses that are lacking in either 1) understanding the issue, 2) understanding English, 3) caring about the customer, Or finally 4) not even having a solution that will help, is causing me great hesitation about whether or not I should buy any of these. I bought two cameras from another retailer/manufacturer and went through a mess of problems due to the language barrier, time zone issues between them and myself, and their total lack of quality tech support (being from China) That I'm am very, very scared (to put it mildly) to buy any cameras without knowing if I will get quality PHONE support if I need help. One customer on here asked about warranty issues and received an answer about shipping. Another asked about upgrading firmware and got a jumble of numbers that looked to me like a Mac address???? Is this what I'm to expect if I buy these cameras? I already went through this with that 'other' seller. People in the USA expect better customer service than this.
