Ho ricevuto il videocitofono ma ho riscontrato che l'orologio non funziona le altre parti funzionano desidererei trovare il manuale in italiano oppure una copia sul web per poterla tradurre

Das Gerät funktionierte bei mir nur 3 Tage, dann plötzlich zeigte der Monitor gar nichts mehr und gab auch gar kein Ton .Danach versuchte ich ,wie in den Rückgabebedinungen steht,Kontakt mit Verkäufer nehmen.Seit ganze Monat und 5 Nachrichten von meine Seite,habe ich gar keine Antwort bekommen. Als Status steht immer "in Bearbeitung".Gegen einfache Zurücksendung raten sie grundsätzlich ab.Das steht auch bei Rückgabebedinungen. Was soll ich weiter machen ,kann mir niemand sagen.Sehr ärgerlich.Besonders ,das außer Warenpreis sollte ich noch 38€ Zollgebühren zahlen.(Über die ich überhaupt keine Annung hätte )Jetzt sitze ich auf meine Kosten und das ist fast 200€!!!

heel slecht,heel slecht...klantendienst trekt op nieks!!!ik heb een kapote toestel gekregen(lichten van de monitor werken niet dus nacht nacht vision is does geen!!!)geen reacti van de klantenservis!!! dus ik heb bijna 200€ uit gegeven voor nieks!!! over de exstra kosten van de verzending was ik ook niet op de hoogte!!! trekt op nieks!!!ik geen voledieg zendieng gekregen:de afstandsbediening en oplaadbaterij was ook maar een!!!

Вот это уже чуть получше чез 3.5 дюйма. и дальность неплоха ( частный дом удаление 100 метров) и дизайн.
