уважаемая служба поддержки...я очень устала пытаться оплатить товар высланными вами купонами..я уже стала выбирать совсем не нужные мне товары чтобы подогнать цену под сумму купона,ну не получается пишет что не действительны...Настоятельно вас прошу перевести мои деньги обратно на карту,чтобы я наконец то смогла купить то что мне действительно нужно.на мои кучу вопросов от вас 1 ответ и тот не в течение 1 рабочего дня,а в течение 1 месяца..Я уже больше полугода не могу купить нужные мне товары.Почему я должна нервничать по поводу ваших купонов,если можно все купить без проблем.Верните деньги на карту,чтобы я могла сделать заказ и наконец то получить то что давно хочу...ОТВЕТЬТЕ...

I have brought this phone months ago. And I must say it's still hanging on. Everyone is loving it. They even did comparing to the Samsung Note 2's. I must say they really love my phone and so do I!!! It's a little big for my pockets, but it's great for all the work I have to do. Only thing I would live to get some accessories for it, but your company don't carry them. If you can. Would please send me an email address or link as to where I may be able to purchase them for my phone.

Прекрасная сборка, качество пластики и экрана отличное!
В интернете - летает.
Чехол, два аккумулятора и флешка - в комплекте.
Подарил дочери на 12-ти летие. Полный восторг.
Только возникла неприятность - друзья уронили на пол и тресгул экран.Можно ли получить ремонтный комплект для замены?

I bought this phone a couple of months ago and for my first smart phone, I have been very pleased. The large size takes a little bit to get used to, but once you do, it is great. My only problem was trying to answer the phone (I did not know about the slide to answer a call, I kept tapping the green/red phone icons...). I actually thought there was something wrong with the phone until someone showed me the correct way to use it. I use both lines (one business and one personal). I wish there was a way to set the ringtones for the individual lines instead of callers. I am trying to find a protective cover to fit the phone in case I drop it, that is still a problem.

The customer service has also been outstanding, very responsive.

I don't know why the average rating is 2.6, when all the other ratings seem to be 4 or more stars!

I was reading your review. And you have to go in the set button on the bottom of your phone and a window will appear where you can select to set a ringtone for an individual person or business. This is exactly what you need if you don´t want to spend big bucks for big screen smart phone. The screen size is nice 6” witch makes web browsing, facebook and e-mail reading ease. Android 4.1 works amazingly well, camera takes good picture and video is Ok quality. Accidental drop test last week proves that it can take some beating all so (Still works like a charm). Good product with reasonable price.
