I was very pleased with the dress.
It came EXACTLY 2 weeks after i ordered it when i had expected to wait at least 3-4 weeks.
I had never online shopped before and so i was quite apprehensive when i came to buying my senior school ball dress online but i am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and will definitely consider buying from Light in The Box again. The packaging was very secure and the dress arrived with no damaging.
I looked at the sizing charts and i bought a size 10 in the color "clover" as it was the closest size to all my measurements (give or take a few inches either side of each recommended measurement for bust, waist and hips) and it fit's absolutely perfect. I got the dress for my 6th form school ball and throughout the evening i was getting compliments from students and parents alike. The dress was very comfy, easy to move in and not too heavy.
I will admit that it was slightly too long, even with my quite high heels, i had to get the outer skirt taken up slightly to match the length of the inner skirt so that i didn't trip over. I also had to get the strap shortened slightly so that it felt slightly more comfortable and secure (so the dress rested slightly higher up on my chest) however overall i am very pleased with the product and i already have recommended this website to multiple friends.

Being apprehensive about ordering a dress from overseas for an important occasion, I was so happy with the results. The quality of the dress was excellent and the fabric was beautiful. The fit was perfect and I didn't have to have it altered a bit. I was a little nervous about the shipping time but it got here within the week that it was shipped. In all regards, this dress surpassed my high expectations!

Simply elegant! Bought this dress in Blushing Pink. The only drawback was the long wait time but it was worth it.

Je viens de recevoir ma robe commandée en Bleu saphir et je suis énormement déçue de la couleur finale!!!! La teinte de la mousseline polyester (donc le tissu extérieur) ne correspond pas du tout à l'échantillon du nuancier contrairement au satin dans laquelle la doublure est faite!!! J'avais commandé cette robe à l'occasion d'un mariage cet été mais je ne la mettrai pas, la couleur est très très décevante avec une teinte de bleu froid et pas du tout bleu chaud comme le devrait être un bleu saphir!!!!!
A coté de ça la qualité est bonne, la poitrine trop large (j'ai commandé une taille 6 et fait un 38 normalement) les hanches de la robes sont assez marquées.
Le colis est bien emballé, compter au moins 20€ de frais de douane en plus des frais de port
Je suis terriblement déçue car j'attendais beaucoup de cette robe pour ce mariage, il s'agit de la seconde fois que je commande d'où ma confiance pour ce nouvel achat mais je réfléchirai à 2 fois pour recommander autre chose.

The sizing was just a little bigger than what I was expecting. Shipping was fantastic, really fast. The taxes were a bit heavy, but the dress price made up for it.

The dress fits okay. If you are between a size 4 and 6 please order a size 4. I had to put a bra under the dress so that it would not fall down and this makes the dress heavy because you are wearing the dress only with one shoulder.

But the dress is amazing and it looks fantastic if I can believe the people who were at the prom.

The delivery was exactly the time that was estimated.
Unfortunately I had to pay for the import afterwards the package was delivered. So do not think in The Netherlands you do not have to pay import duties;)
