I received the dress I ordered in a reasonable time-frame. The dress was very nice, well packaged, extremely well-made, exact color of the swatch (previously ordered), and very satisfied with my purchase. I tried the dress on and it didn't fit properly.

I addressed Customer Service and my situation was completely resolved. I am very satisfied with the product, solution, and will return to make a purchase as the need arises in the future.

It is a pleasure doing business with Light in the box. I feel this is a VERY reputable Company who has customer service as a priority.

abito davvero bello, l'ho ordinato il 05/03/2013 ed è arrivato il 02/04/2013, neanche un mese. cucito benissimo e tessuto ottimo. dovro accorciarlo e stringerlo un pò, ma solo perchè sto dimagrendo. consiglio davvero di acquistare su lightinthebox. in tutto ho pagato 211 euro: 165 circa il vestito, 20 circa di dogana, 20 circa di spedizione e 5 di assicurazione!

dress really nice, I ordered the 05/03/2013 and arrived on 02/04/2013, less than a month. sewing and fabric very well. I'll have to shorten and tighten it a bit, but only because I'm losing weight. I would really recommend to buy on lightinthebox. I paid around 211 €: 165 about the dress, about 20 customs, 20 about 5 shipping and insurance!

I heard about this website from a friend of mine who had purchased a dress from here. I was a bit aprehensive about ordering a mother of the groom dress without being able to try it on first. I took my measurements, ordered the dress and prayed for the best. I am absolutely thrilled with my dress. I could not have asked for a better fit. I would not hesitate to order again.

I received the dress and was impressed with the quality of workmanship. I didn't have it custom made so its long but I wasn't sure what shoes I'd be wearing. The rest of the dress is perfect. I ordered royal blue & it's beautiful however keep in mind the chiffon is lighter in color than the satin. I do like the deeper jewel tone. But overall great purchase and would do it again but probably do custom tailoring.

Very happy with purchase as an Australian year 12 formal dress. The size I ordered was exactly what I expected.

Quality was very good and it arrived on time. The postage tracking reported every step of the way.

All in all, this dress is good value for money.

I received my dress on the 14th September and it is beautiful. I am wearing it to my daughter's mini deb ball on the 22nd september. I ordered the dress at the end of august and received it in great time. I would highly recommend this dress and other products fom you. I would only change one thing on the dress and that is the smaller strap on the dress I would remove It makes the dress look abit nicer when on. Thankyou light in the box for being promt with service and delivery. It only took 4 days to arrive in australia once shipped

I wore this dress to my prom last night . As this dress, is specially made for a mother of a bride, I believe that anyone can wear it to any special occasion. I received this dress over a month ago, and i was absolutely amazed of the quality of the dress, I will defiantly buy from light in a box again !!

Just received my dress for my vow renewal. It is beautifully made and fits well. The color however was not as I expected. It is billed as royal blue but is much closer to navy blue. Just be aware of the color difference.
