Blue Uzumaki Cosplay Necklace. it has now been over 2 months since my order was sent. & 25 days since Light In A Box advised I will receive it in the post. As this was part of a gift for my daughter for Christmas it really puts a very bad taste on my mouth in relation to customer service.
You closed off my last request as completed however no customer satisfaction. Not how you come to the conclusion that my case can be closed & that I'm happy when I'm yet to receive my goods, this does not put you in high regard as far as customer service goes. I will not leave any form of positive feedback until this has been sorted item received & I will give you 2 weeks to have my goods o my negative feedback will be posted.
