This are a nice pair of shoes,very soft and comfortable!The heel high is very good!What I wish I had known before ordering is that they are quite a tight fit and I should have ordered one or two size up.I'm usually a 6,sometimes 7,but with this shoes I think I am 9(shame I have ordered 7 and I can't wear them:(( )The return process is quite difficult and I chose not to return them.And please be aware of the VAT tax which you have to pay when the courier arrives as nobody will mention this to you!
Otherwise nice shoes!

Am satisfied with product . Price was reasonable. However, with shipping and handling charges, and customs duty and charges in my country, the price of product tripled.
It was not worth purchasing online.

    Hi,
    According to your size chart, my shoe size is 36 ( Foot Length 23cm, girth 8cm), however I do not fit into any EUR36 shoes in the UK or Europe, I need a EUR 34. So am very confused as to what size I should order? Paranoid that if I order 36 it will be too big.
    If I do go ahead and order 36 and its too big, what are your exchage or return policies?

    The smallest girth listed on the chart is around 22 cm. How is this possible unless im reading it wrong.
