    A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items.     Farbe der Jacke ist grau nicht silber.
    Soll den Artikel in Deutschland verkaufen oder verschenken.
    Kein Umtausch möglich.
    Soll die Jacke auf eigene Kosten nach China schicken. Kaufe in Zukunft wieder bei OTTO.
