Q:How far in advance should I order my dress?
A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
Q:Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q:Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

this is everything i ever dreamed of! i ordered it in a size 6 but i didnt know what size i would be when i wear it so it is currently a little big, it is gooooooooorgeous in person and i am in love with it. it is VERY heavy but the craftmanship is fantastic the only thing i would say is wear a petticoat or something under it to poof out the front. but other than that it is just like the picture
