Q:How far in advance should I order my dress?
A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
Q:Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q:Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

¿Cuál es el tejido del vestido? ¿De qué tela está hecho? comprendo que el cuerpo sea de encaje, pero la tela de la falda es de satén?

Adoro este vestido, mas tenho uma pequena duvida....gostaria de saber se a parte de cima do vestido tem um corpete ou se apenas é cosntituido por tecido.

Custome Measurements

Hi there,

This dress is one of your more expensive dresses, yet it can not be made to custome measurements. I think this is a little disappointing because your 'cheaper' dresses can be made according to measurements. I really like this dress, but wouldn't be able to order it as I have a Size 0 waist and Hips but a lot bigger bust. Is this something you expect can be changed? It would be good to see if this dress could be made according to custom measurements.

Please compare your own hip, waist, bust and hollow to floor length measurements to those in our size chart [link to http://www.lightinthebox.com/html/All-You-Need-To-Know.html?tab=2] to determine which size will fit you best. It’s usually best to go with the size matching your largest measurement (bust, waist or hip), and to round up if you’re between sizes. This will leave extra room for movement and alterations if needed.

Hi there,
