I would have loved it if I was pre-informed while shopping that I would pay custom duties or tax on phones or any other items if they are being shipped to the UK. I complained about this and the complaint was promptly addressed. The customer service is superb. I bought the phones as a wedding anniversary gift for my husband and myself and we are so loving these phones.

I love how big the screen is and how long the battery lasts even while I'm using it.

I must say that I am very pleased with my purchase. This camera is now set up in our baby's bedroom so that we can observe him at night, especially if he cries to check that he is ok without going in to his room and possibly disturbing him a bit more. Admittedly, it did take me some Google and Wikipedia searching to find out how to install the camera as I cannot play the mini CD on my macbook pro.

The screen is crisp but the viewing angle very bad. I turn the phone slightly the screen gets very dim. Mine is not capable of running HD videos smoothly so Netflix is too choppy to enjoy. Other than those complaints the phone works great. The large screen makes it a great ebook reader.
