    • You don't need to buy extra item to unlock it. When someone calls the bell, you can unlock the door inside by the monitor. The user manual will be included in the box for you. But we don't have the online one now. Sorry for inconvenience caused. Hope you enjoy shopping here with us:)

      I read some where you say the main unit need power. are you referring to the screen unit. so it can be plugged in to normal power source. also i am in australia, do you have 220 voltage ones.

    • By wireless, it means that you can connect to your router wireless but the main body needs electricity to power it. The AU power adapter is available.
