Hi, I got this item, it works perfectly, exactly as described, with one exception. I am unable to change the button configuration for games, in the instruction manual it says to hold down the square button and the the button option should turn green and become changeable, however nothing happens when I hold down the square button. I tried holding down all the other buttons as well, and I tried different things, but nothing worked. Can you tell me what could possibly be wrong? Thank you
Other than that, this is a wonderful machine. The screen is much bigger than the gemei or dingoo machines, which makes it more enjoyable to watch videos, read, or play games.
