Aparentemente parece ser bom, porem chegou com defeito e a 15 dias estou tentando receber alguma noticia sobre devolução ou envio das peças com defeito. Devido a isso não consegui nem instalar o lustre. Porem o atendimento do site deixa muito a desejar.

The item looks nice - just as shown on the picture.
It's not a big & heavy piece, but small & delicate one.
Got delivered without any damage. Extra fees were charged at delivery (over $40)
Two major problems:
1) The base part is too narrow and does not cover entirely the opening in the ceiling (standard Canadian ceiling box outlet). It is designed so that it's actually narrower at the top than at the bottom. It would be nice if it was wider at the base, or at least, it came with an extra piece (a metal plate, for example) that could be used to cover up the hole in the ceiling.
2) The base-to-ceiling attachment part is very basic and does not allow for any adjustments to the lamp's alignment (just one metal strap). This means - there is only one, fixed, way that the lamp can be installed and the position cannot be adjusted. On my ceiling, it can only be installed on the diagonal, and that is not what I want. I wish the attachment piece consisted of two parts allowing for some adjustment of the lamp's placement, or a specialised mounting device was included.
Because of these issues I was not able to install my lamp yet.

Fiz o pedido de outro Lustre não pendente de bar. Seria o mesmo modelo bem maior lustre de mesa de jantar a foto era o lustre em cima da mesa de jantar e trocaram a foto do pedido que eu havia feito e colocaram esta no pedido o pedido já foi pago mas não enviado, estou no aguardo da chegada do pedido caso chegue este lustre que não foi o pedido , não tenho como fazer a devolução pois todas as tentativas para entrar em contato com o site são em vão, apenas nos dão meios para tentarmos entrar em contato com eles sem resolução. Depois quem vai pagar os impostos para devolução??

É um lustre lindo, os quadrados de cristal são super bonitos, resistentes e ao mesmo tempo são muito delicados. Minha casa está quase pronta, falta só colocar as luzes logo postarei fotos. Mas é lindo. Valeu a pena .

Two intsallation problems (see detailed description)

1) The base part is too narrow and does not cover entirely the opening in the ceiling (standard Canadian ceiling outlet box) - about 2 cm of openning are showing on each side of the lamp's base.
2) The base-to-ceiling attachment part is very basic and does not allow for any adjustments to the lamp's alignment. This means - there is only one, fixed, way that the lamp can be installed and the alignment cannot be adjusted. On my ceiling, it can only be installed on the diagonal, and that is not what I want.

How can I fix these problems? Are there any other attachment pieces that I could use?
