He comprado un portaretrato digital el 5 de diciembre con envío standar US $39.68 que supuestamente me llegaría de 6 a 8 dias laborales , hoy 26 de diciembre es la hora que aún no he recibido el articulo ¿Quien responde? si ya pagué el standar y no se cumplió?, en total pague´US $90.17 , creo que he perdido mi dinero.

Please, I just want to know why my order of this digital frame, has not arrived yet!
I was informed that the payment was succesful, so, I wonder what's going on with my order!
Has it gone lost? Is it on its way or has never been shiped?
I belive that'snot correct not to say a thing. If its gone lost I expect to be refund.
Just tell me something. Becuase it's more than a month I placed the order and here it has never arrived.
