I believe dress size is a big issue here. I am a petite size 6 and normal misses size 4. I ordered a size 6 but both dresses came in small, real small that I couldn't fit in at all, I mean hip and waist. I emailed customer service for a bigger size (size 8). To my surprise I was told it will not be processed and I must send pictures of me in the dress.

I can't see myself uploading a picture of myself half nude. I'm a married woman with kids and as such cannot stoop so low like that.

This is the first time I'm ordering from this website and I believe I followed all the rules of ordering from this website. I logged in my complaint barely 12hrs after I received my orders but to my dismay, instead of sending me gowns/dresses that are my size , I was told to upload my pictures which I know is half nude.

I am not asking for a REFUND, all I need is an EXCHANGE , a bigger size.

I wish someone had warned me the sizes run smaller

I was searching for a mother of the bride outfit for next summer. I am 56 but could only find gowns/pant suits that were more suited for women older than me. I am also bustier and have a little bit of a belly (which many ladies my age have). I ordered this gown in navy blue, using the size chart provided and it arrived on the day they said it would. I should mention that I work in a bridal shop so I have seen the quality of many manufacturers and was nervous about what I would receive from an online source. I was delighted!!! The quality of the gown was excellent (beautiful fabric and seams, full lining and no stray strings) and put to shame some of the gowns in my very own shop, which are much, much more in price. I am short and the gown will need to be hemmed but other than that, the gown was perfect in fit. I feel stylish and age appropriate, and the gown looks like I purchased it in a high end boutique. I would 100% recommend this source and will definitely start looking for my rehearsal dinner dress from Light in the Box!!!!!!

The dress is made well!! The stoning could be attached to the dress better rather than all beading being attached with one line of threading. The gold material used to make the dress is beautiful but the color of the sash is not a good match at all. Easy ordering process and shipment.

Платье заказывали на выпускной дочери по ее меркам. Посылка была доставлена достаточно быстро. Никаких дополнительных трат от нас не потребовали, кроме того, нас постоянно информировали о стадиях выполнения нашего заказа. Платье село на фигурку дочери очень хорошо (слегка-слегка не совпал угол плеча, но этого абсолютно не было заметно в носке), не потребовало никаких подгонок по фигуре. Качество тканей и швов оказалось на высоте. Единственное но - нужно было сразу просмотреть, как закреплены камушки, на нескольких оказались не загнутыми внутрь держатели, но мы их загнули, и не один камушек не был потерян за ночь веселья моей дочери на выпускном балу. Так что покупкой мы были довольны и собираемся дальше пользоваться данным сервисом.
