The length of the dress differs from size to size. And it would come as what's shown in the picture. Our tailor will cut the dress length exactly according to the hollow to the floor measurement you provide.

Also, the shipping rates differ from country to country. It depends on the weight of the package, the distance to the shipping address, and the shipping method chosen.
