beste
onlangs deed ik bij jullie een bestelling.
Deze heb ik vorige week ontvangen. Op 1 gebroken stuk en 2 ontevreden stukken na was ik van de rest wel tevreden.
Tot mijn grote verbazing krijg ik gisteren een betaling in de brievenbus van Fedex. Een rekening van 160, 48 euro bovenop al de rest??????? terwijl ik bij jullie al 84,.. euro verzending betaald heb, kan iemand mij dit asap uitleggen aub???!!!
is er een nederlandstalig nummer waarop ik jullie telefonisch kan bereiken?

Wow stupendo come dalla foto! Ottima qualità di raso come pure le rifiniture! Un ottimo acquisto! Ho dovuto comunque apportare con la sarta delle modifiche alla parte superiore del vestito in quanto un po' grande anche se la misura era personalizzata.

Ordered this dress as 'made to measure' and was a little anxious about buying a dress this way. I need not have worried. The dress arrived very quickly, far quicker than was shown on the details and was well packaged. I'm not a conventional size and find dresses nearly impossible to buy given that I'm top heavy! The dress had been made very accurately and the body was fitted superbly allowing me to be held in and yet still breathe without the aid of my Bridget Jones pants!
The bust section was big enough but I have had to get the darts altered to stop a slight gape and also the halterneck strap was too long, but again, this is a quick and easy fix.
My only criticism is the bust cone shaped padding. It is very unflattering, especially if you have a large bust as the pads are not actually big enough to cover your breasts and if the dress is a little tight it does create a bullseye effect. They are also a very odd shape. I would suggest that different sizes are used according to bust measurement. I've actually had my padding removed and it has given a much better look.
The fabrics are good and the embellished lace is especially attractive. The general standard of sewing is good but you can see small errors if you look very closely, but this in no way detracts from the finished result.
The length is perfect, but I will be honest and say that I added an inch onto my height when I gave my details, as I didn't feel the allowance for heels was quite enough. At the end of the day I can shorten a dress but I can't make it longer!
Very pleased and a bargain price, even allowing for the minor alterations I've had to have done. A very simple, comfortable, elegant dress that will be perfect for any number of events. I will definitely use Lightin The Box again, fantastic service and a great product. Thanks

ho fatto l'ordine il 10 settembre e il 21 settembre ho ricevuto l'abito su misura! non ci credevo! l'abito è molto bello ed è esattamente come da foto e da descrizione. io l'ho abbinato ad una giacca in raso dello stesso colore del top e l'effetto è davvero bellissimo.
purtroppo ho sbagliato la misura dei fianchi e quindi dovrò mettermi un po' a dieta prima di indossarlo, ma sono sicura che quando arriverà il giorno mi starà perfetto. un consiglio: prendete le misure esattamente come dicono loro. per la lunghezza, poiché io porto generalmente un tacco 12/13 ho aggiunto alla mia altezza circa 5 cm. ed è perfetto.
ogni acquisto è stato un successo. grazie di nuovo light in the box.
