The gown arrived less than 2 weeks after I ordered even though there were some issues with the measurements I sent. I received an email telling me one the figures seemed a bit off and asked me to remeasure. Sure enough, they were right, I was off by an inch. One week after that email the dress was in my house. It is beautifully made, fully lined with boning and fits perfectly! The only issue with this dress is if you have a larger chest it is quite low. I realized this before I ordered but since it comes with the shawl, I knew I could make a "privacy panel" to close up the deep V a little. This is a quality product, especially for the price.

Verarbeitung und material sind sehr gut. Auch die Abwicklung und die Schnelligkeit. ich habe ein Kleid maßschneidern lassen, es ist aber trotzdem zu groß, weil ich mit dem maßnehmen Probleme hatte... ich habe die Nahtzugaben nicht abgerechnet und auch meine normale Länge genommen. Ergebnis, das Kleid ist zu weit und zu lang. ich muss es ändern lassen, was 80 € kostet. ist immer noch günstig, aber sicher vermeidbar. Also trauen Sie sich, bei allem 2 cm weniger anzugeben...
besser fände ich, dass wir die maße angeben, die wir messen, und die produktion ab-oder zurechnet...

However, I do have one gripe about the order, when I was looking for a dress online I asked for a UK website from google search, and your website came up. I ordered and waited for the dress to arrive and I was quite surprised that the dress came all the way from CHINA.

I had my dress delivered to my work, DHL delivered it.

Then I got an invoice from DHL for Shipping/customs and excise for £31.00.

I realise that I didnt read the purchasing requirements correctly, well I thought it was coming from the UK.

Please may I ask that you make it quite clear to your customers that purchase from you in future that they will be charged extra than stated on the purchase, I am financially ok, but others may not be.

I feel that I have been lied to or misinformed about my purchase, so therefore will not buy from you again.

someone that received this dress, can say me if the textile is to shiny? thanks.. and what about size? a 40 italy size what is good? 2 or 4..

I received my dress within the stated time - it is beautifully made, and fits well. I am tall and find this dress is a little long, I understand this is to allow for alterations if required. If I had had the made to measure sizing I am sure it would have been 100% correctly sized as regards length. This is my first purchase so I went for a stock size to guage the fit. My daughter first purchased from your company and I followed after seeing her dress.
This dress is deeper in the decollage than appears in the picture. The underskirt is beautifully crafted and boned. A very professional effort,I am most impressed as are my friends who have seen the frock.

I ordered this in navy with custom sizing (I am 6'3" tall without shoes) for a formal business event, and it was exquisite! The only complaint I had was that the pictures do not show it to be as low-cut as it is, and I had to have it altered to raise the extremely low neckline. Even with custom sizing (and being very average in endowment), I was still showing off the bottom curve of my cleavage before alterations - and the picture with the model looks like most of her cleavage is covered! Still, the workmanship is extremely good, the fabric is lovely, the delivery (even for custom sizing) was speedy, and the price was excellent. I am extremely pleased with this dress!

The dress is fine, but because trying on is impossible there are a number of things that need altering - the length is very very long! I don't know how tall Maria Grazia Cucinotta is but I'm 5'8" and it's about 9" too long! Also, the neckline is very plungy. However - the dress is well made and masses of cloth.....and it arrived in time and in good order.

I am from Mexico and I just recieved my dress, after 3 weeks and I'm very happy about it!

Je viens de recevoir la robe Kléa couleur or pile poil à la date annoncée. Première impression au dépliage: la couleur est plus claire que celle annoncée mais elle est super bien finie et très minutieusement assemblée. Le satin est doublé donc il y a 3 épaisseurs de tissus.
Une fois essayée elle correspond exactement à ma morphologie même la longueur est généreuse je pourrrai mettre des hauts talons et pourtant je mesure 1m75.
Le décolleté est profond devant mais pas exagéré, on peut rectifier en remontant les bretelles.
Par contre dans le dos il est moins profond que sur le modèle bleu, dommage.
Je suis très contente de mon acquisition et recommande ce site pour son exactitude d'informations et sa ponctualité.
