I'm soooooooooo happy with this dress! I bought it in navy, it's really classy. Don't hesitate to buy it, it's amazing! The only thing that needs to happen is that it needs to be made shorter, but that way it fits me perfectly.

Light in the box do not keep to their word. The colours on the colour chart do not show you the exact colours, and when you want to change the dress they are not available and keep you hanging till the one month has passed. We have tried again and again to get a response as to how to return the dresses and exchange them for the right colour, to no avail. The quality of the dresses is therefore irrelevant as we cannot use them for our bridesmaids.
I won't be recommending this site to anyone, also because you are surprised with a big bill from FEDEX after you have recieved the dresses.

Ik heb deze jurk besteld en ik kreeg hem binnen twee binnen, perfect op maat. Ik heb niet zo'n hele makkelijke maat, dus dit was echt een uitkomst voor mij. Ik vond het best wel eng omdat je helemaal niet weet of het goed zal zijn maar ik vind de kwaliteit en maat en services ontzettend goed en mooi. Wel vond ik het jammer dat ik niet de precieze kleur kon zien, de kleur was dan ook wel iets anders dan verwacht, maar desondanks wel heel mooi. Misschien zou het goed zijn als alle kleuren te bekijken zijn per jurk, dit geeft mensen nog meer de zekerheid hoe de jurk er uit komt te zien. Bedankt!

Ho acquistato questo abito per un matrimonio e l'ho fatto fare su misura, data la mia altezza (1.79)....L'abito è perfetto, risulta solo un po' largo sul seno, ma con il "rinforzo" di una fascia, che assolutamente non si vede, il problema è stato risolto senza chiedere aiuto ad una sarta.

Q: Moet ik bij het opmeten de lintmeter losjes rond mij houden of geeft het materiaal een beetje mee? Ik zou deze jurk erg graag willen bestellen voor het huwelijk van mijn zus. Aangezien het een empire-taille heeft, is het dan noodzakelijk om rekening te houden met mijn heupomtrek? Empire valt toch losjes omlaag vanaf de taille, dacht ik. En hoop ik, want het is net de bedoeling om mijn heupen wat te maskeren :) Buste losjes gemeten zonder bh is 90cm maar 88cm zou ook nog lukken als als ik de lintmeter lichtjes aantrek. Maat 6 dus.. Taille is dan weer 75cm. Maar wederom als ik de meter een beetje mag aanspannen lukt 72cm ook. Dus maat 8.. Nu weet ik niet met welke maat ik het meeste rekening moet houden, 6 of 8. Veel hangt af van de mate waarin de stof meegeeft. De buste valt altijd een beetje op te lossen met zo'n plakborsten :) En tot op zekere hoogte kan ik zelf hier en daar wel wat versmallen indien nodig. Verbreden is natuurlijk geen goed idee! Ik hoop snel van u te horen want uiteraard zou ik graag nog gebruik maken van de korting die nu nog 2 dagen, 9 uren en 30 minuten geldig is :) Anders wordt de jurk me helaas wat te duur. Q: Colour Burgundy and Ruby!! Hello! I would love to order a floor- length Chiffon dress but i'm a bit confused with the colors of the two red kind colors! In some pictures "ruby " is fluo bold red,in other more warm and in some pictures "Burgundy" looks like warm ruby and in other too dark! Q: My dress has been ordered twice, should i cancel one of the orders? I have ordered this dress, i ordered it on the 25/05 and i recieved a payment confirmation email. shortly after a recieved an email saying to come back and complete the checkout , imlying it had not gone through, by the time i had seen this email it was a week later so i went and ordered the dress again, now my lightinthebox account says that i have two dresses on order and that both payments have been recieved. however only the first payment has been taken from my bank account. should i cancel one of the orders? but if so i would risk the dress not arriving at all DoorEmily Jun 02, 2012

Q: How to measure when planning on wearing heels. Hi, I am wanting to order 3 of these for my bridesmaids and am wondering if we get them, do we measure the height and hollow to floor with heels on or not? (i know it says not to, but I'm worried that the dresses will be too short as my bridesamids will be wearing heels). Or how do we tell you to make them longer to cater for the heels?? Some of my bridesmaids may be ordering custom size so the same question, how do we tell you to make them longer?? Thanks. DoorBelinda May 31, 2012

Dear Belinda,
To fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement (e.g. if you'd like to wear 12cm heels, just add 7cm to your hollow to floor length).
