Na verpakking en verzending, heeft onze pruik maar een beetje zorg nodig om er fantastisch uit te zien.

- Borstel de pruik lichtjes, of gebruik een stalen kam of uw vingers om een krullerige stijl te creëren.

- Laat de pruik een aantal dagen luchten, voordat u deze draagt.

- Breng uw haar uiteindelijk in model met koele syling instrumenten en syntetisch vriendelijke producten. Menselijk haar pruiken kunt u in vorm brengen zoals u uw eigen haar ook zou behandelen.
Maat: Deze pruik is geschikt voor alle maten, dankzij de elastieke kap. Dit zorgt voor extra comfort, terwijl u de zekerheid heeft dat de pruik niet af zal vallen.
Vezel: De wortels van de haren zijn zorgvuldig en met precisie vastgebonden aan de cap . Dit zorgt ervoor dat de synthetische haren altijd volume hebben.

Hola, y como se que fue antes del proceso? y perdón si yo cogí este producto que estaba marcado con envió en 24horas y luego yo pague 15€ por un envió acelerado de 3-5 días, quisiera saber porque en el seguimiento del producto me sale que la fecha estimada de envió es del 7/02/2013 ???????? para que pago yo un servicio que ustedes no me vais a dar...

Hola, si se cancela el pedido antes del proceso se fabricación si, de lo contrario se te cobrará un valor del mismo por el costo de los materiales.

Disculpa, no puedo ver el mensaje original desde aquí. Si está marcado con envío en 24 horas significa que el producto se despacha en ese tiempo mas el tiempo de envío, en su caso me imagino que puede ser un error del sistema. De todas maneras por favor contacta a servicio al cliente.

"Se envía en 24hrs": Significa que el tiempo de procesamiento está garantizado de ser menor a 24 horas.

mi pedido fue el 14/01/2013 y estaba con 24hrs y envio acelerado de 3-6 dias... y estamos a 31/01/2013 i no me ha llegado nada, PORFAVOR QUIERO UNA RESPUESTA, me parece un engaño.. ahora cobrar me lo cobrasteis a los 9 minutos.
