We are very pleased with our purchase. Upon receipt we opened the box to find our chandelier well packed and all items accounted for. The pictures don't do it justice and are thrilled how it looks. This is my 1st purchase from light in the box but not my last. Thank you very much.

tutto perfetto spedizione e contenuto

Dall'acquisto, alla consegna il prezzo è molto lievitato. Le spese di spedizione potrebbero essere abbassate, e spese impreviste di sdoganamento esagerate (ma quest'ultima non è da attribuire al venditore).
Riguardo al prodotto, devo dire che è eccellente. E' di ottima fattura ed è sicuramente ben fatto. Ritengo, nel complesso, di poter dire che sono molto soddisfatto, visto il bellissimo risultato.
Sicuramente farò nuovi acuisti cercando di trovare qualche coupon!!!!

Dårlig service- informering.
Har købt en krystallysekrone til 1499kr. Da jeg skal hente den er der kommet et fragt/toldgebyr på , på 669kr. Fordi varen er sendt fra Kina. Det har jeg på ingen måde været informeret om, og mener bestemt det bør tilgodeses kunden, når kunden ikke er informeret om et evt. Fragtgebyr. Jeg har jo købt og betalt en vare til en bestemt pris.

Comentar que la empresa Lightinthebox.com a la que le he hecho una compra desde Sevilla de una lampara Chandelier de Crital con 5 bombillas, hasta ahora ha cumplido escrupulosamente con los plazos que me ha ido informando por email, decir que hace dos días que me ha llegado la lampara, pero todavía no la he montado, parece al principio que no viene con desperfectos. He tenido que pagar 48 € de más, correspondientes a impuestos de aduana cuando me la han llevado a casa. Cuando la monte os comentaré como ha quedado.

The Chandelier arrived all the way to me here in Australia in perfect condition. It is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail is excellent, with everything included with the chandelier that is needed for installation. I have several more light fittings to buy, and I will definitely be purchasing them through Light In The Box. Thanks!
