Couldn't believe how quickly I receieved my beautiful tap! ordered it on Friday, got it on Wednesday! In shops in Perth, this is a $1200 tap including insurance and delivery, it only cost $175! love love LOVE my tap.

I am delighted with my recent purchase of a solid brass spring kitchen faucet with two spouts. The plumbing specs are compatable with Australian fittings. The item was delivered surprisingly quickly. The quality of the faucet is exactly as described at the Light in the box website. The price of the product is considerably less than the local ones. I will certainly be checking out further shopping possibilities at Light in the Box.
I found light in the box site by chance and to be honest I was skeptic until my order arrived quickly and my another concern was since this is an international company I had no idea if it's going to fit in to my system.
I got my order timely and it was beautiful and apparently high quality kitchen faucet.Installation was easy and very functional. I love it and highly recommend this companies products.

ero soddisfattissima di aver comprato questo rubinetto. Poi si è rotto il filtro ed ho provato a ordinare il pezzo: non solo non è indicato come scegliere il filtro giusto, ma ho chiesto più volte aiuto, e nessuno mi ha risposto. Infine ne ho preso uno poichè sembra dalla scheda prodotto che abbiano tutti la stesa misura e........non va. Mi è rimasto il rubinetto senza filtro che schizza ovunque. Qui in Italia le misure dei filtri sono diverse. SAREI ANCORA INTERESSATA AD ESSERE AIUTATA MA QUESTI HANNO ABOLITO IL SEVIZIO ASSISTENZA. cHE FARE???
realmente no Brasil , somando todas as taxas e tributos sai o dobro , mas vale a pena.Veio muito bem embalada, pude rastrear meu pedido, demorou uns 25 dias por nossa burocracia, mas o unico produto similar aqui custa o dobro. Veio sem uma roela de borracha, mas facil de adquirir aqui.Ainda não instalei,mas é pesada , bem acabada, causando admiração em todos que a viram!
A torneira chegou em 5 dias, mas ficou na alfandega 8 dias... chegou até minha cidade em 15 dias! Para mim isso é tempo mais do que bom, levando-se em conta todo o caminho...

Thanks for your inquiry. The gpm flow rate is depends on the water pressure. When the water pressure is 0.1MPA, the gpm is 9-12 L/ minute. well until today when the handle that turns the water on is difficult to move and sometimes the water will not come out. Seems that there is a peice of metal that seems to have moved. What I can I do about this. Love the faucet but I need it to work.
