Ik heb deze luster ontvangen 3 weken na bestelling.
De prijs bij bestelling was inclusief verzendingskosten €.255,- (=OK),
maar bij levering door de post kwamen daar nog €.83,- kosten bij voor douane !
Totale prijs is dus €.338 ipv €.222 = meer dan 50% extra !!
En dan heb je nog geen lampen...
De luster is wel mooi.

I received this chandelier 3 weeks after order.
The price was in order including shipping costs € .255, - (= OK)
but upon delivery by the post were still € .83, - costs for customs!
Total price is €338 instead of € 222 = more than 50% extra!
And then you still have no light bulbs ...
The chandelier is nice.

Minha questão é saber como voces vão proceder quando a encomenda vem danificada? Já mandei mais 2 e-mails e estou esperando a resposta sobre a reposição das peças quebradas, em anexo envio as fotos das peças quebradas.

No manual de instalação tem o número de peças, e eu estou enviando quais as quebradas: primeira foi a coluna onde é preso todas as outras peças, do número 1 que vem 24 peças, quebrou 1; do número 11 que vem 6 peças quebrou 3 e mais e elo de vidro transparente, conforme mostram as fotos em anexo.

Gostaria de saber sobre o envio delas, quanto tempo leva, e não voi precisar pagar mais tributo não é.

Aguardo resposta.

Buenas tardes, hice mi compra el día 31 de diciembre/12 quisiera saber por que recibí un correo de parte de uds diciendo que el pago aun no esta recibido cuando ya esta cargado a mi tarjeta de crédito, y también estaba supuesta a recibir mi pedido el dia de hoy y no llega aun, trate de revisar por EMS pero me piden el shipment number y verification y no se cuales son esos números. les agradecería si me colaboran.

Comprei um lustre de cristal preto e o Produto foi entregue dentro do prazo pelo site , porem ocorreu um atraso p entrega na minha residencia devido ao serviço da alfandega brasileira, a qual , alias , taxou abusivamente o produto em 60 %. Ou seja , com taxa de translado e tributos da alfandega gastei r$ 600,00....o valor do lustre é de r$ 564,00 !!! MAS REALMNETE É MARAVILHOSO E CHEGOU em PERFEITO ESTADO .
SUGIRO atentar as descriçoes dos produtos , pois algumas informaçoes nao sao bem claras;por ex: no meu pedido do lustre perguntavam qual a voltagem...oque automaticamente me levou a supor que as lampadas tambem acompanhariam o produto e nao acompanhavam....
MAS NO GERAL , FIQUEI EXTREMAMENTE CONTENTE COM A COMPRA.

Hola! quisiera saber si es normal que me hayan cobrado 70€ adicionales por el tema de los aranceles de impuestos en la aduna española, eso fue lo que me dijo el repartidor de UPS.
