Love this dress but would like it just below the knee. Is this possible.

I have ordered this dress but would like to change the order slightly.

I have orederd it made to measure but after receiving another dress that was made to masure too I realise that I should have added on a couple of inches for the shoes. am I too late to change the length on this dress and make the finished length 55inches and not 53 inches?
