Pakket niet ontvangen.
Ik heb mijn pakket nog steds niet ontvangen. De pakket is op 11 novebmber verzonden en ik had deze binnen 3-5 dagen moeten hebben. Ik heb de pakket gevolgd op de site van UPS. Ik heb al 3 keer contact opgenomen met UPS. Volgens UPS is de pakket KWIJT.
Helaas kan ik geen opdracht geven aan UPS om een onderzoek te beginnen. Dit bedrijf moet contact opnemen met UPS en een onderzoek laten beginnen (Ze zijn de verzender en ze hebben het recht om een onderzoek te laten doen).
Dit is al een week kan ik niemand van klantenservies bereiken. Op al mijn mailtjes krijg ik een automatisch bericht.
Bovendien heb ik de pakket wel verzekerd. Nu de pakket zoek is wil ik graag een nieuwe pakket. Of GRAAG MIJN GELD TERUG! Zeer ontevreden. Het lijkt op een oplichting en ik ben van plan om een aangiefte te doen bij de politie! Ik hoop dat dit bedrijf uit de Nederlandse markt wordt verwijderd!

hallo. Ik woon in België en ik zou graag deze product willen bestellen.
hoeveel gaat dit mij in totaal kosten (dan heb ik het over wat netto uit mijn portemonné zal gaan, wanneer ik deze camera in mijn handen krijg) met verzendingskosten, taxen, enz...

The price doesn't include VAT. We only charge item price and shipping fee for your order. Sorry that we can't provide exact information on this issue. It depends on the import policy of your country. We are located in China. Please consult with your local Customs about such policy.
