Are dresses made to order?

I have measured my daughter and she does not meet the measurements on the size chart. I'm not sure what I need to do. Would I be better to buy the dress bigger and have it altered or do you make it to measure?

Can the dress be custom made hollow to the floor in more than 52 inches?

There are eight girls in the upcoming pageant. I am trying to accomodate all of their lengths. I have a couple of girls who are taller than 52 hollow to the floor. If it can be custom made longer than 52, will there be an extra charge and if so, how much?

What material is the belt on the ball gown scoop floor lenght taffeta flower girl dress?

I was wondering what material the belt is so I know what color to pick, also my daughter is petite, she is 4 yrs old and weights approx 32lbs. she just started wearing 4t clothes. Would a standard size 4 dress fit her?
