I received the dress in less than a month. It arrived in great condition. I really like the lace over the satin. It looks very classy. I ordered a size 2, knowing that it would most likely be too large on me, which it is. Once I get it taken in, it should look great. I may have the ruffles on the bottom hemmed a little shorter, as Im not as tall as the model and it is a little too long. There is elastic on the inside of the side and back (like a semi bra) with three clasps which will be really nice to hold the dress up and in place.

I ordered the champagne in a size 8 for my June wedding. I was vacillating between and 8 and 6 and should have gone with the smaller size as I am now having it altered. I am 59 and felt the bottom ruffle was slightly too long so am having this shortened. I love the color and the dress is much more substantial than it looks in the picture; the seamstress commented on how think the fabric was. For the price even with alterations I feel I got a beautiful dress at a reasonable price. I cant wait to wear it!

For the most important part, considering its my wedding dress; I placed my ordered from the USA (Houston, TX) on 3March2014 and the dress arrived on 01April2014.
The dressed arrived exactly on the day it was supposed to...but it drove me crazy waiting on the package from DHL as I figured it would be here in the afternoon (as several other DHL packages have arrived at my home) but it got here at 8PM tonight, thankfully! Our wedding isnt until 18May, but the anticipation of the dress was driving me wild...especially if I needed alterations, right?! LOL
Now onto the dress...I had it custom made/sized on my personal dimensions, 36" bust, 29" waist, 38" hips. The bust and waist fit beautifully!! However the hips are just a tad too wide, which is fine because I can have them taken in (plus Im working out and wanna lose a lil weight anyway) though I was so worried the dress would come too small and I wouldnt be able to have it sized "up". It wasnt too small so it still gets 5x stars. I ordered my dress in champagne and the color Id BEAUTIFUL. Light enough to pass as a wedding dress, indeed.
Overall, the dress is absolutely beautiful and I know my future husband is going to be completely impressed. The texture on the dress is made of stitched fabric, not pearls which is what I wrongfully thought but Im not much of a "flashy" girlygirl so Im totally cool with that.

het materiaal is voortreffelijk, de jurk is mooi. was een beetje groot op het borstgebied maar werd gerepareerd door een lokale kleermaker. deze jurk is prachtig. Perfect afgewerkt, zacht op de huid.

Ik was verrast door de kwaliteit van deze jurk. Het paste precies in de beschrijving. Het heeft een mooi gewicht en ziet er zeker luxueus uit. Erg blij. Ik was sceptisch over het kopen van bruidsjurken van hier op basis van de gemengde beoordelingen ... Maar ik ben tevreden met deze aankoop.
I was surprised by the quality of this dress. It fit the description exactly. It has a nice weight and certainly look and felt luxurious. Very pleased.
I was skeptical about buying bridal dresses from here based on the mixed reviews… But I am satisfied with this purchase.

De jurk was veel beter dan ik had verwacht. Het ziet er helemaal niet goedkoop uit! Ik kreeg veel complimenten in mijn vrijgezellenfeest. Aanbevolen.
The dress was much better than I expected. It doesnt look cheap at all! I got lots of compliments in my bachelorette party. Recommended.

Ive got this dress in blushing pink. Nice and very well made. I have to give it for alteration as the size came too big even though my measurements were correct. As I did understand, the dresses come a little bit bigger so people can do some alterations if they need them. Do not get me wrong but it cost money, as it is in my case. The Lightinthebox.com promised to refund 40% to keep the dress and I am pleased with this decision, I am going to put it towards the cost of alteration. Overall, if they keep up with their size chart correctly, I would order something else in the future. Thank you anyway. I will post picture when I wear it for my birthday party.
