quelle est la hauteur du talon de ces 2 modèles et si la pointure ne convient pas est-ce que je peux les retourner, car votre politique de retour n'est pas clair, on dit que l'on peut retourner les chaussures, mais ailleurs, on inscrit qu'on ne peut retourner le produit si la taille n'est pas bonne

I bought these shoes for my Wedding in Ivory and are exactly what I expected by picture. Delivery time was earlier than expected to Australia. Also has a slightly cushioned sole which is very comfortable. I measured my foot by first drawing around foot on piece of paper and then measured it with a ruler and matched up to sizing chart, much easier and more accurate than trying to measure your foot. Will probably buy bridesmaid shoes next.. Thanks.

I purchased a black pair of the Satin Upper Stilletto Heel Peep Toe with Rhinestone Wedding shoes for my wedding, and I absolutely love them. They are really comfortable and exactly matches the picture.

LOVE these shoes! I bought them for my wedding and was very nervous to buy sight-unseen shoes. They are EXACTLY as posted on the website, fit like a dream (I used their measuring charts since I've never bought using European sizing before) and are soooo comfortable. They're a great mid-heel: tall enough to be cute ( I love my heels) but comfortable and low enough to wear all day and night. A definite win; I'm thrilled with this purchase! Also, they shipped SUPER fast! I got them way earlier than I expected!

I orderred 3 pairs for my bridesmaids and am more than happy with the colour and quality of these. They'll look beautiful on the day.

The shoe itself is lovely and as advertised, a little lighter in colour than I was expecting for 'Champagne' but can live with that. Beware if you're shopping from the UK-I wasn't immediately aware that shipping was from the US, so 3-5 days shipping was in reality approximately 4 weeks and I was charged £7 VAT by Royal Mail to collect the shoes, which was a surprise. This would put me off from using this site again unless I had a lot of time and had calculated the extra VAT on top of the advertised price. Still a bargain as I got them in the sale.
