As I have very difficult feet (hallux valgus, amongst others) I can only dance on shoes with closed heel, open front, with enough straps sothat I can cut one or two away to make room for the hallux valgus. Besides, a low heel would be best.

On the Lightinthebox website I found three types that could be suitable, amongst which this one.
I cut away one strap on the left inside, and they fit like a fiddle!

The only improvement that could be made would be that the width was somewhat bigger. Other shoes I bought at Lightinthebox have a width of 8 cm, and these only 7.4 cm. Because of the very favourable price, I ordered them again one size bigger, hoping the width will be a little bigger then.

Очень удобная и легкая для танцев обувь. Для данной ценовой категории меня вполне устраивает. Вполне подходит для тренировок. Единственное, что лучше сразу сделать-это набить более плотные набой на каблук, так как при активном использовании может набойка быстро отойти.

Very happy with these shoe says I needed a pair for practise lessons that were not too high.
My only disappointment that on top of the sale price for the shoes, then you add £11 for shipping & insurance costs, it doesn't stop there. I was charged yet another £11.77 on duty/tax when they were delivered. Lightinthebox do not give out the countries where this happens and also no contact tel no so you can ask the details. This was my 1st time ordering with this company and probably my last. Feel I can't recommend them to friends with hidden costs like this. 2 pairs of shoes costing £28 cost £50. Not a sale!!!!
Beware of ordering and check all details. You have been warned.

I love my new shoes. They are so comfortable to wear and on days when my Plantar-Fasciitis is acting up they are perfect for dancing in because of the low heel. It also has helped me in practicing my heel slide forward in the Waltz without feeling like I am going to break my ankle. The best part is the price and it's a perfect fit! Tout à fait conforme à la description de l'article. J'ai commandé une taille 37 qui correspond à ma pointure habituelle. Commandée en couleur beige ça change de la couleur noir habituelle.

They have very soft inside fabric and the height of the heel is perfect for spins and tricks. Fairly comfortable overall although the back strap may cause irritation.

  • Thanks for asking, you can check the size chart on this shoes webpage, you need measure your foot length and foot girth before you choose the size, The foot girth should be all the way round your foot, NOT the width from one side to the other at the widest part.
