A: After placing your order, there is still some time to change your mind. However, it is important to note that some of our dance shoes are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.
Q: Can I order this shoe in a different width/heel height?
A: Dance shoes labeled as “Customized” can be made in the heel height, width, size or color of your choice. You’ll find an explanation and a drop-down selection box for each available customized feature on the shoe’s product page. Please note this option is available for dance shoes in the customized category only.

Dit is mijn eerste bestelling bij Light in the box en ik had al heel veel reviews gelezen en toch wel wat angst over een pakket dat niet ging aankomen, hoge douanekosten of dat maten niet gingen passen... Maar het is allemaal héél goed verlopen! Dankjewel L.I.T.B!

Deze schoenen konden binnen de 24 uur verzonden worden en inderdaad, een paar uur later kreeg ik bevestiging dat het pak verzonden was! Ik heb zelfs geen douanekosten moeten betalen.

De schoenen zijn heel mooi en kwaliteitsvol gemaakt!

Wat de maat betreft, neem je gewoonlijke schoenmaat. Ik had de andere reviews gelezen en vroeg me af of ik het niet een maat kleiner moest nemen, maar ik ben blij dat ik het toch niet gedaan heb! De schoenen versmallen immers vooraan. Nu passen ze goed.

Ik vroeg me ook af welk kleur de schoen op de foto had en dacht dat ze wit was, maar de schoen in wit satijn heeft eerder de kleur van deze schoen: artikelnr. 00263074

Mooie en makkelijke schoenen!! Enige de maat valt ietsje groter. Normaal heb ik maat 42 maar had misschien beter 41 besteld, maar gelukkig had ik ook nog gelkussentjes besteld voor in de schoenen en zo gaat het wel nog goed!! :D

We bought the satin shoes for a girl. We had a big problem to buy shoes for the first communion. The girl is tall and has ladies shoe size, as well. We couldn't find anything nice and Lightinthebox was our rescue. The shoes are beautiful, smart and very comfortable. Not to high and modest, ideal for this occasion. Ich habe diesen Schuh für meine Hochzeit gekauft und bin mehr als zu frieden. Am anfang hatte ich angst das der schuh nicht passen würde, aber er passt sehr gut und ich fühle mich richtig wohl. Auch das Liefern hat sehr schnell geklappt.
viele dank jetzt kann meine Hochzeit näher rücken.

Ich habe keine Rezension über dieses Produkt sondern mal eine Frage.
Und zwar habe ich mir diesen Artikel bestellt.
Das Geld ist vom Konto abgegangen.

Dieser Schuh ist perfekt für jede Braut!
Mit Größe 40 passt er mir perfekt (trage bei Pumps Größe 40 und muss immer etwas aufpassen, da mein vorderer Fußbereich ein bisschen zu breit ist (bei Winterschuhen trage ich Größe 41)).
Er ist erschreckend bequem!
Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder bestellen!

Q: Why do you offer a 3-5 business days service but then display a shipping date of 19 September? I need my shoes BY at the lastest this coming Friday. Choosing a 3-5 days despatch date should guarantee that delivery but now I see 19 September as a despatch date. There is no ability to lodge a customer service ticket- every time you click on 'contact us' it sends you back to an the my orders or 'details' pages, neither of which offer this facility. PLEASE CAN YOU CONFIRM TOMORROW WHAT YOU CAN OFFER ON SHIPPING TO ENABLE ME TO CANCEL OR CONFIRM MY ORDER Why is there a box asking for your NAME if then to the right under 'Tips for writing Questions' it is suggested 'Don't include any personal information such as your name'.
