So I placed this complaint a few days ago and was quick to receive a response. I thought it said 24 hours but I find now that what I was looking at was just an explanation of the difference between 24 hours shipping to the right of the comments box. My mistake..they were great at getting back to me though even through comments..only rating a four now as I wont be getting my package for a little bit but I'm sure it will go on to a 5 once I get the guns. Really sorry guys. Keep up the good work, and thanks for running a legit site!

Hey guys...I don't mean to be 'that guy' but I placed an order for my kit on the 16th..it said on the page "ships in 24 hours"..it is now the 20th and the order still hasn't shipped..I did however get an email saying that I'm not finished and have to pay via paypal for my item though I've already payed via my card and the money is out of my account...tried finding a contact button on here but the 'contact us' section pointed me in the direction of a button for this instance..and that button doesn't exist on my orders page...I'm sure the kit will be great though..just antsy and a bit concerned about my money.

Der var forsinkelse på pakken, dog var alt i orden med pakken da den kom frem. Vær opmærksom på at der kan komme told gebyr på din vare. I dette tilfælde kom der er ekstra betaling på 560,-

Spedizione espressa davvero veloce, che c'è da dire? Entrambe le macchinette sono stupende, molto meglio delle foto, una per le linee e l'altra per il chiaro-scuro. Il contenuto del Kit è davvero ottimo, il prezzo è eccezionale. Sono stato davvero stupito! Grandissimi!

Uitstekende tattoo guns, echt super kwaliteit! Alles is helemaal top aan deze kit.
Ik heb de kit gekocht tijdens de actieprijs. Normaal betaal je voor één damascus gun al 300 euro.
Het enige wat iets minder is is de voeding en het voetpedaal. Maar wat verwacht je ook als
je 2 luxe tattoo guns krijgt voor die prijs?
Ik ben in 1 woord: tevreden!

Excellent tattoo guns, really great quality! Everything is top notch on this kit.
I have purchased the tattoo kit during the promotional price. Normally i'd pay 300 euro's for one damascus gun.
The only thing that is slightly less great quality is the power and foot pedal. But what do you expect when you get 2 luxury tattoo guns for that price?
I'm in 1 word: satisfied!

Bonjour,
Si votre machine de tatouage ne fonctionne pas, il est probablement qu’il existe un court-circuit ou une ouverture dans le circuit. Il faut que vous vérifiiez que toutes les parties sont bien connectées, telles que les pionts de contact, le condensateur de machine de tatouage, l'alimentation, la pédal et le clip cord.
1. Brancher votre machine avec l’alimentation et l’allumez, assurez-vous que l'indicateur devient rouge.
2. Les polygonale de clip cord peuvent provoquer un court-circuit en se touchant l’une l’autre. Vous pouvez les débrancher et essayer de nouveau.
3. Le vis de contact est probablement éloigné de ressort qui provoque un cours-circuit. Vous pouvez éteindre la machine pour relâcher le vis de contact, le déplacer à droite et allumer la machine à nouveau.
4. Le vis de contact ne touche pas de ressort. Vous pouvez éteindre la machine pour relâcher le vis afin de vérifier si le vis touche le ressore, et puis serrez le vis pour les fixer ensemble.
