el transformador,no es compatible con los amperios,el voltaje o lo que sea de españa y se fundió,nada mas encenderlo.
hay manera de solucionar el problema,sin descambiar el producto?
el resto esta perfecto.

hola buenos días
tengo un par de cuestiones que me gustaría que resolvieran.
en primer lugar vivo en Sabadell provincia de Barcelona y me gustaría saber si debo pagar tasas aduaneras, e leído varios comentarios pero no me queda claro ya que algunas personas si han pagado estas tasas y otras no.
por otra parte ya e pagado mi pedido aunque olvide pagar el seguro y el envio anticipado por lo cual me gustaria preguntar si hay alguna forma de pagar esto una vez complete mi pedido

El pago de los impuestos depende si la empresa transportista tiene inspección aduanera, por lo que es aleatorio. El valor puede ser alrededor de un 30% del valor del producto, nosotros podemos reembolsarle hasta un 50% del valor de sus impuestos.

hola Buenos me pongo en contacto con ustedes por que en el dia de hoy 17 de mayo e resivido una llamada de la empresa transportista que se encarga de entregar mi paquete y me han comunicado que debo pagar 45€ en tasas aduaneras y ya que ustedes me enviaron un mensaje en el cual me comunicaron que con un producto de menos de 100€ no se pagaban tasas aduaneras, por otra parte en el mensaje de la parte superior me comunicaron que era alrededor de un 30% del valor del producto logicamente el valor de las tasas aduaneras supera el 30% y en el mismo mensaje me comunicaron que me podrian reembolsar un 50% de el valor de los impuestos. al presentarles estos argumentos me gustaria que me consedieran alguna respuesta
