Excellent customer service both before and after the dress arrived. It didn't fit although I paid for the custom creation--but not too surprising because of my unusual shape (32G chest). They were quickly responsive though and refunded me half the original dress cost so I can get it altered locally. The only really disappointing thing was that the dress is too short. The tailor can take it out a little, but it doesn't look like I"ll be able to wear heels for my wedding which is sad :( Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

Très belle robe de très belle qualité, mais, malgré le sur-mesure, le bustier ne va pas du tout. Bien qu'il soit grand, il ne colle pas au corps et ne cache finalement rien.
Donc après avoir déboursé 399,62 euros au total (robe + sur-mesure + livraison + assurance + frais de douane), je dois encore l'amener chez la couturière pour qu'elle la rattrape...

ragazeee...vi consiglio di fare questa "pazzia", mi spaventava molto comprare su internet, soprattutto il vestito per il giorno più bello ma ne vale veramente la pena. il mio abito è esattamente come lo vedete in foto ma di colore bianco ha solo un piccolo difeto nell'orlo ma per il resto è un incanto. nn ho avuto sorprese di spese aggiuntive era tutto specificato nell'ordine e la spedizione è stata puntualissima come previsto ci è voluto un mesetto poco meno ad arrivare... sono felicissima!!!ora provvederò a comprare gli accessori... grazie lightinthebox.

I was extremely worried about ordering my wedding dress online..........after emailing back and forth with(Amy) very good, courteous, she was so sweet and helpful and made it so easy for me to just ordered it and trust that it will be great.
I just received my dress in Ivory and it is stunning beautiful............the dress is gorgeous, great quality and the lace is amazing. Unfortunately, is big on me........from the top because I lost some weight. IT is easy to fix and I will just take it to taylor it. Overall, great company, great value, great material and excellent customer service. I will recommend this website to anyone.
HOnestly is trustworthy.

I was extremely hesitant to spend SGD550 on a wedding dress that I had never tried on..but i decided to take the risk because I couldn't find a gown in a similar design!

I tried going to tailors in Singapore to see if they could tailor it for me, but it was going to cost me at least SGD1500!!! I had previously ordered my wedding favors from LITB, and received excellent customer service & the items were of high quality.

Finally, I decided to place an order for a custom-measurement dress, and it was so worth it!! I had a friend measure me thrice to make sure that we got the right measurements, and I followed the instructions provided in the fitting chart!

It took about 3 weeks for my dress to arrive, and it was such a nerve-wracking wait! I was so worried that I'd be completely disappointed by the dress, but when it came, all my worries disappeared! I ordered it in ivory, and it looks so beautiful! The lace was so intricate and I loved the way it looked on me!

The dress fits perfectly!!! It was worth that extra money to tailor it exactly to my measurements, and the dress came nicely packed in a transparent zip lock bag with a pink garment bag provided.

If you're considering this dress, don't wait anymore! It's an absolutely gorgeous gown, and my family loved me in it! I can't wait for my fiancé to see me walking down the aisle in this!

Plus, I did not get charge additional custom taxes for it, so hurray!

Now I'm going to order a veil to go along with this beautiful gown!!

Q: regarding the train of the dress My wedding will be in Senegal and whilst a court train would be suitable for the actual venue itself, a floor length gown would be more suitable for the remainder of the day. However, this is one of my favourite dresses, hence I have several questions: 1. I note from a previous question that the train of this gown may be fastened up in order to become floor length. Would you please explain how exactly this is achieved, how would the dress look from a rear perspective and if this would be suitable for a significant period of time? 2. Alternatively, can the dress be finished as floor length rather than with a court train? 3. Where is the boning within the dress? 4. I have searched the head pieces section but as yet have not found any suitable items in Champagne to match the gown. Can you please advice if there are any or something which would be a suitable match for the Champagne fabric 5. I am very petite at just less that 5ft tall,but relatively muscular. 1. The train can be hold up by the hook (sewn on the train) when you dance. But it is not suitable for you to hold it all the time when you are in reception or not dancing. Sorry that we don't have the picture showing the effect of this now.
2. This dress is designed to have court train and can't be made into floor length only.
3. The boning is on the bodice part.
4. You can choose a chiffon wrap/shawl to match this dress. Here is a link for your reference:
