Very good service, dress is gorgeous and exactly how it appeared on the website, excellent quality and length is perfect. The only thing i would say is to make sure you know if you have to pay import duties on your item, because i had to pay and extra 65 euro on top of the price of the dress when it arrived in Ireland and i had no warning of this extra cost, which i was not impressed about at all. Other than that, excellent service

I ordered 3 of these dresses for my bridesmaids. They arrived in estimated time but when I received them and the girls tried them on the built in bra had been sewed to the chiffon on the outside of all of the dresses, which made the bras very visible and caused there to be holes in the dresses which were very visible when the girls tried them on.

I contacted Light in the Box with pictures of the dresses and without hesitation they offered me 3 options from which I chose a refund for the Dresses and then Light in the Box further offered me a refund for my return postage cost.

It was disappointing that I could not keep and use the dresses but the customer service i received was excellent with constant contact and updates if i required information.

Wonderful dress - perfect size! I generally hardly can find good size fitting me, as often it is too big, however this dress was perfect, i took size 2. I was surprise with good quality, as had different experiences to order on internet. Immediately after i received I ordered another one. Looking forward to receive it!

The dress was exactly the measurements it said it would be, exact colour, exact delivery time and affordable! Light in the box is a very reliable site to buy off. Extremely happy with my purchase!

This is a spectacular gown. Very lovely and well made. Beading didn't seem the same as photo but still very nice. We ordered pearl pink and it is most definitely PEACH. Nothing pink about it! We also followed the sizing chart and ordered a size 2. Although it fits at bust, waist, and hips, we ended up having to have it altered because the side zipper at the rib cage was about 2 inches too small. Took almost a month to arrive but did receive compensation for the delay. If we would have ordered a size 4 in watermelon, it probably would have been more along the lines of what my daughter had in mind. It is a very beautiful dress! Would order from Light in the Box again.

Although slightly apprehensive about ordering my formal dress online, Light in the Box provided me with a dress I absolutely love. This dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. The colour is more pink than it promises to be on the colour chart, however it is still really nice. Thankyou Light in the Box!

These dresses arrived today and I love them. However the beading is nothing like it looks in the picture. I thought the were never going to arrive- if ordering allow at least two months. The quality is wonderful. And overall I'm very happy

Me puede explicar como es que si el envío es de 3-5 días y se solicitó y pagó el 31 de Enero '13 , tiene un fecha aproximada de entrega hasta 26 de marzo?????. Solicito se me informe, ya que quiero hacer otro pedido pero no me quiero arriesgar que llegue con mas de un mes y medio de entrega. Acabo de notar que los dias para elaborar el vestido son de 30 a 40 dias...Disculpas apenas lo lei.
