Even with 2 hands pulling the zip I could not get it to move and sent pictures to customer service to show this.
The item was returned at my expense but this was reimbursed.
Refund not received as a full refund as paid, it was processed in dribs and drabs which I don't think is acceptable and informed customer services of this.
Item was custom made, so cost a lot more than displayed but could not check the fit as the zip would not work.
Pay for duty upfront, as I was invoiced for £24 by the carrier making the total cost of the item well over £110
Item was dispatched late and arrived after I actually needed it.
Returns process tedious, getting a refund time consuming!
