The product arrived quickly and looks as good as in the picture. We have not installed it yet, but looks good to go!

De levering van mijn twee wandkranen verliep heel snel. Na een dikke week kreeg ik mijn zorgvuldig ingepakte en op het oog prima verzorgde produkt in huis. Dit was de eerste keer, dat ik iets van Light in the box bestelde. Ik weet nog niet hoe de kranen zullen functioneren, want ze zijn nog niet gemonteerd. Wel was ik minder blij met de extra kosten vanwege de invoer van dit produkt uit Amerika. Extra te betalen 41,46 euro vond ik wel heel erg veel in relatie tot de totale prijs van de kranen, namelijk 159,98 euro. Overigens staat er bij verzendkosten ook een vast bedragje ingevuld, waardoor je op het verkeerde been wordt gezet t.a.v. de totale kosten.
Conclusie en 8 voor de vlotte verzending, een waarschijnlijke 8 voor de kwaliteit van het produkt en een 2 voor de afrekening. Ik vind namelijk, dat je als leverancier duidelijk moet zijn in de te verwachten kosten. Nu voelde ik me behoorlijk beetgenomen.

j'ai l'intention d'acheté ce produit mais peux tu me dire si le raccordement en eau chaude et froide est en diam. 16 ou diam . 12?

The faucet ok... delivery, ok... but they don´t talk about the taxes that you must pay to custom when receive the product.. not cheap...

I HAVE RECEIVED THE CHROME WATERFALL BASIN MIXWR TAP IT WAS TO THE STANDARD I WAS LOOKING FOR . IT ARIVED UNDAMAGED & WELL PACKED .WE HAVE NOT INSTALED AS YET .DONT EXPECT ANY PROBLEMS . A IST CLESS PRODUCT.

    --Las medidas no son las correctas,como me escribio usted en la anterior pregunta,me puso que medida de caño es de 19,5 cm,y contando la chapa,tiene como maximo 17cm.
    --Y demas me han cobrado 52,25€ de aduana.
    --Asi que ya me dira que hacemos???
