le téléphone que j'ai commandé n'est pas ce que je pensais
le tactile est très dur pour tourner les pages et au niveau de l'appareil photos il n'est pas très net. je suis déçu et en + les frais de douanes n'était pas prévu dans le prix merci je vous le retourne pour le remboursement
livraison impècable mais téléphone vendu comme GT I9300 ne correspond pas à la description qui en est faite !
internet ne marche pas , gps on en parle pas et télé encore moins !

- 2 piles livrées avec ce téléphone, la première ne tient pas 3 heures, la seconde ne tient qu'une nuit et cela téléphone éteint !!!!
- le Wifi ne fonctionne pas !!!
- la TV ne fonctionne pas !!!
- si vous êtes livrés en express, des droits de douane se rajoutent à la livraison (14,37 euros dans mon cas).
Très mécontent de cet achat qui ne me sert à rien.

je trouve qu'il est bien dans l'ensemble il est jolie mais il faut le mettre un protège si non sa casse vite en plus que l'écran est fragile.

Sorry for the problem made to you. In your case, you need to contact our Customer Service who is in charge of your order processing and shipment. You can follow the steps to contact the customer service for your problem:
1.Please move your mouse to "My Account" and click "My Order" after you log in your account with us. And click the order number or view details you need to help with
2. Then at the order details page, you will find a link in red, saying "ask about customs duties" with a yellow "?" mark just above the green bar.
3. Please click on the link and fill in the message box with your concerns in detail about your order there.
4. After you finish writing, please click the Next button below and then confirm and submit your ticket.
