Lightinthebox è una società cinese che ha sede in Cina. Non appena la merce acquistata sul nostro sito raggiungerà la dogana del tuo paese sarà considerata come merce importata.

Nella maggior parte dei paesi nel mondo spesso vengono imposte delle tasse sulle merci importate. Questo però capita aleatoriamente, solo se il pacco viene controllato. Di solito per piccoli ordini o piccoli pacchi non è necessario pagare niente perchè il pacco non viene esaminato, ma i controlli sono sempre aleatori, a volte può capitare di pagare anche per piccoli ordini, a volte grandi pacchi passano senza venire controllati.

Nei casi in cui i pacchi vengono controllati e la dogana del tuo paese decide di imporre dei dazi doganali ai tuoi prodotti dovrai versare l'importo corrispondente al corriere al momento della consegna del pacco. Se credi che possiamo aiutarti ad evitare o minimizzare le spese di dogana, puoi metterti in contatto con il Servizio Clienti. Tuttavia, nota che ci viene richiesto di compilare un modulo dichiarando i dettagli del tuo ordine, per cui non possiamo dichiarare importi minori di quello che hai pagato, né dichiarare il pacco come regalo, campione o riparazione se non fosse il caso.

Non possiamo calcolare in anticipo le eventuali tasse o dazi, né darti la possibilità di prepagarle. Quindi se sei un dropshipper o stai inviando la merce come regalo ad una terza persona ti preghiamo di accertarti che la persona che riceverà il pacco conosca la possibilità di dover pagare le tasse nel momento in cui riceve la merce.
